In addition to being an active Realtor, Hays is the President-Elect of the Pasadena Foothill Association of Realtors, a Director of the California Association of Realtors and serves on the Historic Site Preservation Board for the City of Palm Springs.

Todd Hays grew up in Pasadena and Palm Springs. He truly understands the many qualities and cultures that make these two areas special and unique for Buyers and Sellers alike. Educated at Pasadena City College and Art Center College of Design, Hays holds a degree in communications from the University of Southern California/USC. When not enjoying the San Gabriel Valley, Hays spends time at his home in Palm Springs — where he is active in the local preservation scenes as well.
His years of experience in sales and marketing, public relations, social media and real estate, coupled with his diverse interests and training in art, design, photography, crisis management and travel, provide him a wealth of knowledge and insight when working with buyers and sellers.
