Todd Hays grew up in Pasadena and Palm Springs and splits his time between these two dynamic, architecturally rich communities. He truly understands the many
qualities and cultures that make Southern California special and unique for
buyers and sellers alike. Educated at Pasadena City College and Art Center
College of Design, Hays holds a degree in communications from the University of
Southern California/USC.
Active in local real estate for more than 25 years, his acumen in residential Real Estate was honed during many years as an avid home renovator. His prowess for finding great fixers and reselling artfully renovated homes has been covered in the pages of Money Magazine, Kiplinger’s, the Pasadena Star-News, the Los Angeles Times and Better Homes and Gardens and featured on Lowes.com, CNNMoney.com, ABC and CNBC.
His years of experience in sales and marketing, public relations, social media and real estate, coupled with his diverse interests and training in art, design, photography, crisis management and travel, provide him a wealth of knowledge and insight when working with buyers and sellers alike.
Hays is very active in the Real Estate arena, serving as Chair of the MLS and i-Tech Committees, as a Director on the local Board of Realtors and a member of the Cultural Heritage Committee.
